Cleaning Services New Farm
Cleaning for Apartments, Queenslanders and Riverside Homes That Need a Sharper Standard
Add Clean provides cleaning services across New Farm for apartments, character homes, rentals and professional spaces where presentation matters and access can be half the job. We build the cleaning around the property instead of dropping the same suburban checklist into every booking.
Cleaning that fits New Farm property life
Apartment access, older homes and polished finishes all change the job.
New Farm has a distinctive mix of apartments, older character housing and premium riverside property close to Brisbane CBD. Compact apartments show kitchen, bathroom and glass build-up quickly, while older Queenslanders and character homes can bring more detailed surfaces, timber, vents and edges into the routine.
Apartment cleaning may also involve secure lifts, visitor parking, concierge access or narrow booking windows. Add Clean plans around those logistics rather than discovering them at the front door.
Regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and rental handovers are particularly relevant locally, with commercial cleaning available for professional and mixed-use spaces.

Why New Farm clients choose Add Clean
Less improvising. More attention to the property in front of us.
We pay attention to access, finishes and the areas that show wear first. That could mean compact wet areas in an apartment, internal glass and balcony sliders, or more careful handling around timber and established surfaces.
The brief is agreed first, so the cleaner arrives knowing what matters instead of relying on a generic list.
FAQ’s
Everything You Need to Know Before You Book
Looking for a cleaning company for your business? Here are some of the most common questions businesses ask before getting started with Add Clean.
Can you work around apartment lift and visitor parking rules?
Yes. Building access, visitor parking, concierge sign-in and lift booking requirements can be agreed before the clean so there is less friction on the day.
Do you clean older Queenslanders and character homes?
Yes. Older homes often need more careful attention around timber, detailed edges, vents and established finishes. We adjust products and methods to suit the property.
Can you provide bond cleaning for New Farm apartments?
Yes. Rental handovers can include detailed kitchen, bathroom, track, internal glass and floor cleaning, with the scope built around final inspection.
Can regular cleaning focus on kitchens and bathrooms rather than every room?
Yes. If the high-use spaces are the real pressure points, the routine can be weighted towards them instead of spreading time evenly.
Do you clean professional or mixed-use spaces in New Farm?
Yes. Add Clean provides commercial cleaning as well as domestic services, including professional and shared environments.
